This recipient of the Crossroads In Life "Servant of All" Award for 2013 is Shobvan Dugar, a dynamic community service advocate that has a passion to serve her community, while putting GOD first. As Resident Service Coordinator, Shobvan does so much for the apartment community of Cedar Park. She has an amazing approach on bringing common sense solutions to businesses and life!
Not only is she creative, energetic, and innovative, but she is personable, organized and ministers to so many individuals each day she serves CILF and meets all standards of the LURA for the property.
As a recipient of the Life Coach award from her church and two time recipient of the Professional Trainer of the Year Award, Shobvan has been presenting her highly acclaimed customer service keynote and service programs for over 10 years.
Shobvan has been serving as the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) for CILF for a number of years and has truly been an amazing force in the wonderful community atmosphere that exists at this complex. She not only has started numerous service projects for the tenants of Cedar Park Villas, but has created a network of servants who assist her in serving daily the community of over 200 families.
Mrs. Dugar was born in Chicago, Illinois later moved to Maryland where she attended College of Southern Maryland where she obtained her Associates degree in Business Administration/Marketing. She has enjoyed a highly successful Medical Billing career for a local business for over two years.
Shobvan is the proud parent of two growing sons and lives in Cedar Park, TX with her husband of 8 years. She enjoys travel, writing, reading and Crossfit. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Shobvan loves her adopted state of Texas.
